Methodology: Basics of tasting in basic interpretation of olive oil.
Requirements: None.
Course delivery: Francisco Albert, Internationalization of agri-food companies of the gourmet sector and expert in olive oil.
Products to taste: 4 different oils from:
– Arbequina: Alcala De Xivert, Acidity 0.15 and Harvest Point (envero)
– Barriolenca: Alcala De Xivert, Acidity 0.12 and Harvest Point (envero)
– Serrana: Segorbe , Acidity 0.25 and Harvest Point (mature)
– Arbequina: Utiel, Acidity 0.12 and Harvest Point (envero)

3. The importance of a personalized tasting method, digital support will be delivery.

Tasting and pairing of extra virgin oils with Salmorejo Aroma del Sur (Picual variety) and Salmorejo Mediterráneo (Variety mountain), ellaborated by Catering Lalbereda.

Ingredients: tomato of Alboraya´s orchard, gluten free “picatostes”and fresh basil.

Each student will receive also a Diploma.
